Improve your training by improving your recovery with supportmax neuro

One of the most important and underrated aspects of improving your training and physique is actually focussing on the recovery aspect. Better recovery leads to a better performance and a better performance will lead to better progress. Typically the biggest factors effecting recovery is primarily sleep and stress, as a cortisol management product, supportmax neuro is well developed to tackle these exact issues.

High levels of stress can cause a build up of our main stress hormone, cortisol. As bodybuilders or any strength athlete, it's easy to build up high levels of stress, as stress can come from many different things, many we don’t expect. Whether it be through work, life, physical or mental stress (or even something as simple as too much caffeine intake), stress can quiet easily build up and start to have an effect on how you look (water retention), how you sleep and even how productive you are.

Supportmax neuro’s main role is reducing the body’s cortisol, post workout it helps the body enter a parasympathetic state or as Rick (Strom’s owner) likes to say “it helps you chill the fuck out”.

While it may be a stress reducing and some times sleep adding supplement, it has no “set’ time to be taken during the day, some like to take post workout and others like pre bed, you could even take it at times when you feel more stressed than normal or even when you need to focus. As most of the ingredients are adaptogenic the time you take it is entirely up to you, as long as you have one serving a day you’ll receive the long term effects from doing so.

Not only does it come in two different forms (powder and capsule) it now also comes in 3 different flavours: Lime, Mango and Pineapple, finding the right one for you is easy.

This is possibly my personal favourite when it comes to supplements and its a staple each month when I restock my own supplement stack.
